Md. Shofiqul Islam Kaijar is a visionary Bangladeshi entrepreneur and the Founder & Managing Director of Luxentra Holdings Limited, leading the organization toward sustainable global expansion across multiple industries. He also heads Brighto Fashion Valley and Brighto International, while serving as Director at Hammer Enterprise Holdings PTE, Singapore — where he plays a key role in international trade, supply chain management, and global brand development.

With strong expertise in business strategy, operations, and cross-border negotiation, he has successfully built business networks across more than 13 countries. His international participation includes major business summits such as the G20 Summit India 2023, B20 Summit Brazil 2024, and invited delegate for the B20 Summit South Africa 2025. He is an active member of the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI) and contributes to the Standing Committees on Law & Order and Consumer Rights & Market Monitoring for 2025.
